At LikeIgloo.com, we seek to provide you top quality items. We apologize to have mailed a defected / faulty item / an incorrect item. 

We aim to resolve any issue with a defected / faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the defect / fault. Please include the order number and also as many details as possible about the problem (including pictures) and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. RETURN & EXCHANGE

The Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through likeigloo.com

Final Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.

CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE ARE AS FOLLOWS

1. There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include big holes, missing parts and discolouration.

2. Wrong merchandise size shipped.

We do not do exchange for items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site. 

*Length discrepancy of 0.5"-1" shall not be considered a defect 

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We strongly encourages you to use a delivery service(Ie. Pos Laju) with tracking capability we will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

Like Igloo will only reimburse the normal postage to have the item sent back to us.

The cost of envelopes will not be refunded.

You may choose to re-use the envelope the item was originally packed in if you are uncomfortable with using your own.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipped date.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.

For items that are deem defected by Like Igloo, we will exchange for the same item that is still in stock. In the event that the item is out of stock, Like Igloo will allow it to be exchanged to another item of equal or higher value (top-up required). Alternatively, a credit note will be issued (valid for 2 months). There is strictly NO refunds for items sold.

Other than the above mentioned, Like Igloo strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds.

Like Igloo reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to Like Igloo without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
