Yes, you can. But all correspondence emails will be sent to that same email that you used to sign into your Facebook account.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

 

I AM FROM MALAYSIA, WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

At no charge! We offer Free Delivery of orders to customers located within Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak. All parcels will be shipped out using the most suitable carrier - Pos Laju, that will come with a tracking number and a signature will be required upon receipt. However, customers are responsible for any additional charges on returned packages. 

   

WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

We do our best to ensure that all local orders are shipped out immediately once payment has been verified.

Most of the parcels will be shipped out on the next working day, and usually takes 1 - 3 working days to arrive including Saturdays, except every first Saturday of the month. You can also check your estimated delivery time at your order before checking out.

 

Please take note that we do not make deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

 

I AM OUT OF MALAYSIA, WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

For International delivery, we charge all orders at a FLAT shipping rate depending on your location and shipping methods. We do not calculate by weight/item.

I AM OUT OF MALAYSIA, WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS FEES?

Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over that. 

 

Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your respective customs office. 

 

Please note that all orders are subject to review and checks by customs authorities upon arrival to the country of delivery.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! In fact, an email notification will be sent to you once your order has been processed and shipped, together with a tracking number. You can also track the status of your order at Your Account page area at our website.

I MADE AN ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE, HOW WOULD I KNOW IT HAS GONE THROUGH?

An auto email notification "Order Received" will be sent to you once we received your order. If you have completed the payment of the order, another email notification "Payment Received" will be sent to your mailbox as well. Please check your spam folder in case it might landed in there. If you do not hear from us, meaning your order is not successful and you may have to re-order again. If you face any difficulties during purchase, please contact us HERE

 

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

In likeigloo.com, we offer Free Delivery via Pos Laju for every orders made within Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?

We currently provide mostly free-sized apparel. Under each Product Description, we will provide the measurements of each piece.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

When that happens, an "Out of Stock" status will be shown on the product page, which means you are unable to purchase an item when the stock is unavailable.  However, please come back time-to-time to check as sometimes additional pieces are made available again due to back-out-orders. Therefore, a "Stock Available" or "Back in Stock" status will be shown if any items are available again.

 

WHAT IS A BACKORDER/PRE-ORDER ITEM?

A "Backorder" or "Pre-order" is when an item is temporarily unavailable but will be re-stocked in a few days/weeks/months. You can still place your order for a backorder item and pay accordingly to secure the order. We will deliver your order once the item is back in stock again.

 

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART?

Unfortunately, placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure that you will be able to purchase it at a later time. If your item is out of stock at time of check out, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your shopping bag.

 

I HAVE SAVED AN ITEM INTO MY SHOPPING CART, DOES THAT MEAN IT IS RESERVED?

Unfortunately, saving an item into your shopping cart is only for your own reference so that you could come back to view/shop anytime. An item will be only reserved if you have already made an official order through the website. It does not reserve an item by saving it, which means other customers will be able to purchase it as well.

 

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES BASED?

All prices shown on our site are based on MALAYSIA RINGGIT (MYR) and all other currencies stated are based on estimated exchange rates which are updated weekly.

You can change to view prices at a currency of your choice on the top right of this page. You will be able to see your prices clearly at every step of CHECK OUT process, and a final confirmation is required of you before submitting an order.

 

I HAVE A DISCOUNT COUPON, HOW DO I USE IT?

Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order. However, please ensure the codes must be entered before you click CONFIRM ORDER at checkout; we cannot apply it to your order thereafter.

Only ONE Discount coupon can be used at a time

Discount coupons are not valid during promotional periods and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are currently using " Ipay88" as our Internet payment gateway - a secured online merchant  owned by Mobile88 (an MSC Status Company since 2006).

 

We accept all major local banks(refer bank logos below) for payment transactions, including Credit Card (Visa/Master) with 0% interest.

 

Debit Card fund transfer is accepted as well via the FPX (Financial Process Exchange), a payment channel that allows you to make payment via online real-time through your current or savings account. All you need is an Internet banking account with any of FPX participating banks, which are: Bank Islam, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank2u, Public Bank & RHB Bank. It is simple, convenient and secure. 


We also accept Paypal for payment transactions, as well as Cash Deposit via the ATM Machine if customer don't have an Internet Banking account or Credit Card.

 


 

ARE THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE USING CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT?

No. All transaction charges are fully absorbed by us to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. For international shoppers, note that the actual price charged will be subjected to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.

 

ARE THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE USING PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT?

No. All transaction charges by PayPal are fully borne by us.

 

CAN I PURCHASE USING MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT HAVING A Paypal ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can, as long as you have a valid credit card.

 

I DON'T HAVE ANY INTERNET BANKING ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD, CAN I STILL PURCHASE?

Yes, you can. We also accept Offline Payment (Direct Bank-in /Cash Deposit via ATM Machines or Bank Counter).

Please select "Direct Bank-In" when you reached to a payment section of your order, our Bank details will be shown on-screen before you check out.

Kindly ensure that you have written down our details as it will be shown on-screen ONE TIME only.


I HAVE MADE PAYMENT VIA THE ATM MACHINE/BANK COUNTER, HOW DO I INFORM YOU?

Please snap a picture or scan a copy of your bank-in slip after making payment (Colour & Full Page only)

And then, upload the copy of the bank-in slip into My Account page area on our website

(Go to My Account > Order History > your order > Upload attachment *jpeg file only*)


Once your order is processed & ready to be shipped, an email notification will be sent to you.

WHAT IF I DID NOT UPLOAD THE BANK-IN SLIP?

Processing of your order will NOT take place until bank-in slip is uploaded into your account.

Kindly note that Like Igloo reserve the right not to proceed with the order in the event that the payment is unable to justify. Hence, we strongly advise you to inform us within 24 hours upon payment done.

Your order will be automatically cancelled if we fail to receive your payment within 24 hours after you had placed your order.

 

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER?

All Offline Payment orders have to be done within 24 hours upon checkout. We will not hold your order for more than 24 hours from the time you checkout. All orders will be automatically cancelled if we fail to receive payment within 24 hours.

 

I MADE PAYMENT FROM A DIFFERENT BANK TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (OFFLINE PAYMENT ONLY)

Kindly take note that Interbank Transfer requires an approximately 1-3 working days to be credited into our accounts. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful.


WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AFTER PAYMENT MADE?

Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is processed in regarding of any terms of payment made.

 

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENT, CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

As we ship out our orders almost immediately, often we are unable to amend an order once it has been paid, confirmed and shipped; this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing an item and changing the delivery address.
